As a reminder, the word’s literal meaning paradoxical is contradictory, incredible, and contrary to general opinion. Applied in practical terms, it can only mean something that rationally could not exist, yet it does.

We should remind ourselves that we use our human-specific knowledge to advance our affairs in day-to-day social encounters. Also, temporarily helpful, we must recognize its cultural limitations and not arrogantly assume this knowledge to be more than subjective presumptions.
